“Is that a see-through dress, or are you just happy to see me?” Much like how clear heels tell us that a woman will most likely give us a lap dance, thanks to one Dutch fashion designer you may never again have to wonder if she’s into you —  this new dress becomes transparent when the wearer’s heart rate rises, making things rather…clear.

The “Intimacy 2.0” uses wireless technology, copper, electronic sensors and LEDs to turn the dress’ special smart fabric clear when electrified by the quickening of the wearer’s heartbeat.

“Intimacy 2.0 is a fashion project exploring the relation between intimacy and technology,” said designer Daan Roosegaarde. “Technology is used here not merely functionally, but also as a tool to create intimacy as well as privacy on a direct, personal level which in our contemporary tech society is becoming increasingly important.”

While we can’t help but be curious what happened with “Intimacy 1.0,” we anxiously await his new line of workout attire. Of course, getting turned on isn’t the only time a woman’s heart races, she might also be about to slap us. Actually, that seems more likely.
