Curtis promised us a new track yesterday and he keeps to that promise here with the release of 'We Up'. The smooth sounding track features his G-unit artist Kidd Kidd and Compton native Kendrick Lamar. We received a visual preview(below) of this track two weeks ago so you can expect a full video to drop Magazine Photoshoot For 'We Up' in the coming weeks. Straight stuntin' from 50 on this track.
"We Up' will be featured on Kidd Kidd's upcoming mixtape, but no confirmation as to whether this is the Kendrick Lamar track that 50 has stashed up Magazine Photoshoot For his 5th studio album 'Street King Immortal'. It would be no surprise to see this track make the cut Magazine Photoshoot For the album as this is an album quality track.
This is the second release from 50 in the last week and half, with the last one being 'Financial Freedom'. Street King Immortal has not acquired a new release date since being delayed of its original date of Magazine February 26th, but Curtis did mention in an interview with MTV that we can expect it in the spring. If these recent releases are a preview of what’s to come from 'Street King Immortal', then it’ll be worth the wait. Listen to the full track and watch the video preview below.
